International Sailfish Fishing Tournament Zihuatanejo 2024
May 3 - 5, 2024The 39th edition of the International Sailfish Fishing Tournament in Zihuatanejo 2024 will be held from May 3 to 5, 2024.
The International Sailfish Fishing Tournament in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo is a sport fishing competition where professionals and amateurs from all over the world come together in search of the best specimen and be worthy of first place. In addition to sailfish, marlin and dorado are also fished.
Alongside the sport fishing, an event is celebrated, which includes music, food and drinks, cheering up the main pier of Zihuatanejo.
The first place of sailfish wins $1,200,000 pesos. The first place of marlin wins $120,000 pesos.
This International Sailfish Fishing Tournament is one of the most important in Mexico.
